🚚 SHIPPING
- Shipping charges are extra and vary based on your state.
- Freight charges must be paid to the transporter at delivery.
TO PAY FREIGHT CHARGES: If your order shows shipping charges as 0, you must pay the freight charges directly to the transporter.
No Returns Basis.
⚠️ As per Supreme Court guidelines, cracker delivery to Delhi is banned. We comply strictly with this rule.
🛡️ INSURANCE
- Insurance applies only if selected before order confirmation.
- Customers must self-arrange insurance if not selected.
- Covers loss, fire, and natural disasters only.
- Insurance option is available before the payment step.
📌 IMPORTANT NOTES
- Aadhar copy is mandatory for Northern State deliveries.
- Incorrect mobile number or email may delay shipment.
- Out-of-stock items will be upgraded or replaced with similar quality.
- Shipping messages may be delayed during festival seasons.
- Shipping link is shared via SMS, WhatsApp & Email.
- Contact the transporter directly for delivery location details.
- We are not responsible for transporter behaviour.
- Budgeted serial images/brands may vary based on stock.
- Order ID & LR number are different—LR number is available only in LR copy.
📦 WHERE TO COLLECT GOODS?
You can collect from the transporter’s godown or the lorry driver depending on their policy. LR copy will be shared within 48 hours of dispatch.
🚛 HOW WE SEND GOODS
Orders with 100% advance payment received before 12 PM are dispatched within 3–4 working days. Goods are sent on a To-Pay basis.
🔎 ORDER STATUS
Order status can be checked after 96 hours. LR copy is shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
💰 TRANSPORTATION CHARGES
Charges differ by destination. Delivery duration varies based on distance and logistics speed.
⏳ SHIPPING DURATION
Goods are shipped within 96 hours of order confirmation.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours only. Once invoiced or packed, cancellations are not allowed.
💵 REFUND POLICY
If we are unable to dispatch goods, refund will be processed within 15 working days.
🔄 RETURN POLICY
No returns accepted under any circumstances.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently deliver only within India.
